I am inspired by beautiful illumination and rich shadows from everyday scenes.
Like all watercolor artists, I love the fact that when water is added to paint pigment there is magic as you apply your colors to damp textured paper. You become hooked on the process of painting with watercolor. Add a beautifully drawn image, or simple abstract shapes and you will want to create again and again with this wonderful media.
